Since 1981 I have been teaching sculpting/modelling and modeling courses at the Marienburg/Kunstbedrijf in Arnhem. I combine this with exhibiting and selling my sculptures at various galleries and sculpture gardens at home and abroad.

I work in bronze or clay and make paintings. People are central to my work, sometimes realistic, then abstracted.

In 1981 I obtained my first degree qualification at the Academy of Visual Arts in Arnhem, specializing in plastic and ceramic design.
I followed anatomy and figure drawing with Jan Teulings.
